     Child Sacrifice

On February 25, 2019, the Born Alive protection Act was put forth for a vote.  What was this bill pertaining to?

§ 1532. Requirements pertaining to born-alive abortion survivors

(a) Requirements For Health Care Practitioners -- In the case of an abortion or attempted abortion that results in a child born alive:

(1) DEGREE OF CARE REQUIRED; IMMEDIATE ADMISSION TO A HOSPITAL -- Any health care practitioner present at the time the child is born alive shall:

(A) exercise the same degree of professional skill, care, buy Cytotec and diligence to preserve the life and health of the child as a reasonably diligent and conscientious health care practitioner would render to any other child born alive at the same gestational age; and

(B) following the exercise of skill, care, and diligence required under subparagraph (A), ensure that the child born alive is immediately transported and admitted to a hospital.

(2) MANDATORY REPORTING OF VIOLATIONS -- A health care practitioner or any employee of a hospital, a physician's office, or an abortion clinic who has knowledge of a failure to comply with the requirements of paragraph (1) shall immediately report the failure to an appropriate State or Federal law enforcement agency, or to both.

(b) Penalties --

(1) IN GENERAL -- Whoever violates subsection (a) shall be fined under this title, imprisoned for not more than 5 years, or both.

(2) INTENTIONAL KILLING OF CHILD BORN ALIVE -- Whoever intentionally performs or attempts to perform an overt act that kills a child born alive described under subsection (a), shall be punished as under section 1111 of this title for intentionally killing or attempting to kill a human being.

In short, the above states that if a baby was born alive after a failed abortion attempt, the attending medical staff would be required to administer the same life-saving healthcare as any other baby that had been born alive.  Does this not seem like a reasonable service since the baby was actually born - alive?  You would think that even abortion advocates would see the logic in trying to save a born-alive human being.  Doesn’t it seem logical that failing to do so could be considered nothing less than malpractice and more accurately described as murder – infanticide.

However, on that fateful day, forty-four Democrat Senators, which included all six declared presidential candidates, as well as Bernie Sanders, voted against it.  They voted against saving children that are born alive.  It does not matter that these kids are the victims of failed abortion attempts. They are living, breathing the air that we breath, hearts pumping, arms flailing human beings.  Yet these individuals, whom we elected, have decreed that since these babies were merely unwanted inconveniences in the first place, then their lives are just not worthy of further sustainment.  They declared that the only justice for these unwanted nuisances; these little bundles of burden; these bothersome disruptions; these tiny embarrassments; the innocent, is to be condemned to death.

How old then does a person need to be before some Act of Congress cannot then deem your life not worthy of saving?  Do these elected officials have the right to decide if a person is worthy of life?  Since when did men acquire the ability or permission to condemn the innocent to death?  Do men have or could they even possess the moral authority to decide whether the life of a person has any intrinsic value of any kind?

Of course, these questions are completely absurd.  There is a demonic evilness that has overtaken our nation’s leaders.  Satan’s agenda is at work when they decide amongst themselves that they do in fact possess the moral authority to proclaim life or death based upon nothing more than “Do these children possess any merits/benefits in living that is greater than the inconvenience of raising them up?” Time and time again over the course of history, when civilizations became so intrenched in the worship of false gods, the children have always paid the price.

We are, again, handing over our children by the millions to the alter of Molech where instead of being burned alive screaming their little hearts out, they are now being ripped and torn apart in the womb where no one can hear their silent cries of intense pain.  Yet when these children somehow escape death in the womb and break free from their mother’s incubator, the question has now become for everyone, “What do we do now?  Our murder attempt a moment ago has as failed.  Is it ethical to complete the killing now that the child has reached the sunlight?  Yet, what is really the difference between a moment ago and now other than we can hear it screaming as we rip its arms from their sockets?” – which is apparently the question that has been answered by these 44 Senators and Bernie Sanders – nothing!

Clearly, by their decision, there is no difference.  The old debate of whether a child before birth was “alive enough” to escape abortion has affectively come to an end.  The question of “Are they alive?” is now nullified - considering this determination that a child can be terminated after birth.  Abortion is now and always has been solely based upon whether there is any convenience associated with the child being born.  It just never benefitted abortion activists to admit this in the past.  However, in light of this vote, there is no longer a need to pretend anything different.  It’s all out in the open.

But, is there any intrinsic value to babies, even in their mother’s wombs?  Well, my God says in Jeremiah 1:5 that Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, and before you were born I consecrated you; I appointed you a prophet to the nations.”  God took it all a step further in His explanation.  He determined your value even before you were formed in your mother’s womb!  Every child is made for a purpose and is worthy of life.

Every child is known and loved by God even before their conception, let alone their birth.  For you formed my inward parts; you knitted me together in my mother's womb. I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Wonderful are your works; my soul knows it very well. My frame was not hidden from you, when I was being made in secret, intricately woven in the depths of the earth. Your eyes saw my unformed substance; in your book were written, every one of them, the days that were formed for me, when as yet there was none of them (Psalm 139: 13-16).  He even knew you by name - Yahweh called me when I was in the womb, before my birth he had pronounced my name (Isaiah 49:1).  Before the foundations of the Earth, He knew everything about you.  According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love:… (Ephesians 1:4).

The Bible definitively and emphatically proclaims the life and worth and value of a child before its birth.  Nearly every reference to a baby is from conception forward – not from birth.  Since God clearly went to this extreme throughout the scriptures of stressing conception/conceived, there can be zero doubt about when life begins.  The study of God’s Word should leave no doubt in the mind of any person, let alone a Christian, as to the beginning of life.  Babies, from conception forward, are precious gifts from God.  No matter how abortion is spun, it is nothing less than murder.  It is the killing of innocent life whether in the womb or without.

At this point, we may never be able to stop the practice of abortion or infanticide in our country.  The decision that was made by these Senators only further indicates that the moral decay of our nation just might be beyond recovery.  However, while Christians remain on this Earth, we should continue to advocate for life and to elect leaders who will also do the same.

In the following list of scripture passages, notice that God’s Words in the Bible always mentions either in the womb or conceived/conception when referring to the beginnings of a child’s life.  I believe God had a plan and purpose when he phrased these scriptures in this manner.  Mankind has absolutely no excuse for being ignorant of the truth regarding the beginning of life.  There is a coming judgment for all those who have not accepted Jesus as their Lord and Savior.  I dare say that there will be none who will then argue with the One who said: "It is I who bring both death and life (Deuteronomy 32:39)."

"Did not He who made me in the womb make him?
And did not one fashion us in the womb
(Job 31:15)?"

Angel to Mary: And behold, you will conceive in your womb and bear a son, and you shall call his name Jesus (Luke 1:31).

Angel to Joseph: But as he considered these things, behold, an angel of the Lord appeared to him in a dream, saying, “Joseph, son of David, do not fear to take Mary as your wife, for that which is conceived in her is from the Holy Spirit (Matthew 1:20).

Regarding Jesus: And behold, you will conceive in your womb and bear a son, and you shall call his name Jesus. He will be great and will be called the Son of the Most High. And the Lord God will give to him the throne of his father David, and he will reign over the house of Jacob forever, and of his kingdom there will be no end.” And Mary said to the angel, “How will this be, since I am a virgin?” And the angel answered her, “The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you; therefore the child to be born will be called holy—the Son of God (Luke 1:31-35).

Regarding John the Baptist: And behold, your relative Elizabeth in her old age has also conceived a son, and this is the sixth month with her who was called barren (Luke 1:36).

When Mary visited Elizabeth, her unborn child, John, knew also that he was being visited by the Son of God: In those days Mary arose and went with haste into the hill country, to a town in Judah, and she entered the house of Zechariah and greeted Elizabeth. And when Elizabeth heard the greeting of Mary, the baby leaped in her womb. And Elizabeth was filled with the Holy Spirit, and she exclaimed with a loud cry, “Blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb! And why is this granted to me that the mother of my Lord should come to me (Luke 1:39-44)?

Then God remembered Rachel, and God listened to her and opened her womb (Genesis 30:22).

And Isaac prayed to the Lord for his wife, because she was barren. And the Lord granted his prayer, and Rebekah his wife conceived (Genesis 25:21).

And in due time Hannah conceived and bore a son, and she called his name Samuel, for she said, “I have asked for him from the Lord (1 Samuel 1:20).”

And Sarah conceived and bore Abraham a son in his old age at the time of which God had spoken to him (Genesis 21:2).

Regarding Samson: And the angel of the Lord appeared to the woman and said to her, “Behold, you are barren and have not borne children, but you shall conceive and bear a son. Therefore be careful and drink no wine or strong drink, and eat nothing unclean, for behold, you shall conceive and bear a son. No razor shall come upon his head, for the child shall be a Nazirite to God from the womb, and he shall begin to save Israel from the hand of the Philistines.” Then the woman came and told her husband, “A man of God came to me, and his appearance was like the appearance of the angel of God, very awesome. I did not ask him where he was from, and he did not tell me his name, but he said to me, ‘Behold, you shall conceive and bear a son. So then drink no wine or strong drink, and eat nothing unclean, for the child shall be a Nazirite to God from the womb to the day of his death (Judges 13:3-24).’”

Behold, I was brought forth in iniquity, and in sin did my mother conceive me (Psalm 51:5).

But when he who had set me apart before I was born, and who called me by his grace… (Galatians 1:15).

But if the woman has not defiled herself and is clean, she will then be free and conceive children (Numbers 5:28).

So Boaz took Ruth, and she became his wife, and he went in to her. And the LORD enabled her to conceive, and she gave birth to a son (Ruth 4:13).

Now the LORD saw that Leah was unloved, and He opened her womb… (Genesis 29:31).

Then God remembered Rachel, and God gave heed to her and opened her womb (Genesis 30:22).

Let the day perish on which I was to be born, And the night which said, 'A boy is conceived (Job 31:15).

As for Ephraim, their glory will fly away like a bird-- No birth, no pregnancy and no conception (Hosea 9:11)!

BEHOLD, THE VIRGIN SHALL BE WITH CHILD AND SHALL BEAR A SON, AND THEY SHALL CALL HIS NAME IMMANUEL," WHICH TRANSLATED MEANS, "GOD WITH US (Matthew 1:23).
