God Makes No Mistakes

Life is full of little unexpected surprises ranging from very small insignificant ones to those that change entire civilizations.  Many are distressful while others are quite pleasing.  Some surprises are perceived differently by people depending upon the circumstance by which they occur.  For instance, a torrential rainfall in one section of the world could cause untold aggravation to the population.  If this were to occur in another part of the world, such as in a dry desert region, it could be a reason for a massive celebration.

My two children were very unexpected surprises.  Yet, nothing in my life has given me greater joy than to have raised them from birth until now.  Never in my life have I considered them mistakes that I should have avoided or cast away.  The Great Father above knew our lives ahead of time and still allowed us to be here today.  Many people have been conceived by someone other than their mother’s husband.  That doesn’t make them or all their descendants mistakes.  We are here because of the Love of the Father in Heaven.  My unexpected surprises were very joyous ones indeed.

The Bible tells us that Jesus knew each and every one of us before He even created the Earth.  It says that He knew that if we were created that He would need to eventually be sacrificed in order that we may have eternal life.  He knew you and I ahead of time as well as all that we would ever do whether good or bad.  Knowing all this, He still set everything in motion for our creation.  Our souls, mind, body and spirit were not created by our mothers but were created by the Almighty God Himself.  He thought about you personally and you were alive to Him many eons ago.  He said back then “I love you and I will die for you”.

In light of this, no person ever conceived can be called a mistake - for truly God Makes No Mistakes.

And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose (Romans 8:28).

Your Decision to Receive Christ as Your Savior:

Confess to God that you are a sinner.  Believe that the Lord Jesus Christ died for your sins on the cross and was raised for your justification.  Receive and Confess Him as your personal Savior.

Assurance As a Believer:

That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved (Romans 10:9).
